- Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a goal orientedindividual to fill the above position for a period of three (3) to six (6) months.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be responsible
for the reconciliation of bank accounts, General Ledger and
customer accounts in a timely manner and should possess
the following:
• ACCA Foundation Stage or equivalent qualification
from a recognized tertiary institution;
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and
practices;
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications and
the relevant accounting software; knowledge of
AXAPTA would be an advantage;
• Sound knowledge of Jamaican Government Tax
regulations, in particular GCT;
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite;
• Good human relations, oral, written and
communication skills;
• Excellent analytical and time management skills;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the
Accounting Department of a production,
manufacturing or trading enterprise.
