My duties involved coordinating and supervising the assembly of the production line to the point of making it production ready and the construction of a model house using structural panels produced by it.. I resigned when it became clear to me that there was there was conflict between the principals over their financial arrangements and the management of the company which created an unacceptable work environment. The principal that provided the majority of the financing sued the other principals and was successful in obtaining a ruling in his favour from the Commercial Court in Jamaica.

Project: To construct a 298,000 sq ft five story building. Started this project in plan review stage for two months then worked through to completion. Scope of work included project planning throughout the project, coordination of all interior subcontractors starting in layout through to framing, all MEP rough ins, glazing, interior finishes and millwork through to final testing and Certificate of Occupancy of the building. Dealt directly with the Architect and the City Building Inspectors to solve design problems and construct the building as efficiently as possible.

Project: A 19,000 sq ft 2nd floor addition. Scope of work consisted of the build out of all parts of the interior and roofs including dealing with all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing subcontractors (MEP) and architects, to allow for a thirty day completion on interior work from the shell stage.
